My husband and I had been looking at purchasing a 4-runner for a long time. We had been recommended by a neighbor to come see Mohammed at Malvern Sloane Toyota, as he had experience with 4-runners and was great to work with. Mohammed on first impression was very friendly and personable as well as knowledgable. He gave us enough space to review details and discuss our options amongst ourselves but was available to answer the many questions we had. He worked with us to get a deal we were very happy with. We would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to come see Mohammed. Never was he a pushy salesman but felt like someone who wanted to get you the fair deal you wanted and make sure you were happy and comfortable with your purchase.

The service department tried to provide unnecessary unneeded work. ( Yearly wheel alignment (on a car with 7,000 miles) is crap). They also tried to talk me into other unnecessary service work.

The service department is charging for services that are covered under the Toyota care warranty, then getting reimbursed from Toyota corporate for those services! I purchased my 2016 Toyota Prius from Sloane of Malvern in Summer of 2016, which was a great experience. That great experience ended there. Shortly after my purchase I accepted a job offer to relocate me out to the Seattle metropolitan area. I took my Prius in for it's first service appointment before making the 2,800+ mile drive. When I brought my car in for it's first appointment and oil change in September, I was told that I would be charged for that service (What dealership charges you for your first appointment?). I questioned this to the attendant checking me out and he said that it was correct. I thought this was odd, but I shrugged it off. I recently took my Prius in to have the parking break recall fixed and I questioned the service manager at the local dealership about why I had been charged for my first service appointment at Sloane, but not my oil change & service at their dealership. He informed me that the service appointments should be covered under Toyota care. He asked if I had the invoice from the service appointment. After reviewing the invoice, he told me not only that I should not have been charged, but Sloane had received reimbursement from Toyota corporate for the service! This infuriated me, but I calmed down and called Toyota service and was told that I was wrong and this was standard practice. I then contacted Toyota customer service and they put me in touch with Dennis Hoffman, the service manager at Sloane. Dennis called me once, which I was in a meeting and could not answer. I have now called Dennis back 4 times on two different phone lines and left a message each time with no reply. This has been ongoing for over 2 weeks now! I would strongly advise anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service to steer FAR clear of this dealership!

Bought a Scion from Mohammed a few years ago. Because there was no price haggling involved (Scions were sold at the same price across all dealerships), Mohammed was very pleasant to deal with. He also repeatedly asked us for a positive review after the sale, which we obliged. I recently returned to Sloane Toyota to trade in the Scion for a different vehicle, and my, how Mohammed's attitude had changed. He was rude, dismissive, and impatient. When I stated that I thought the trade-in value of my Scion was too low, he just replied, "Take it or leave it." Don't let all of these 5 star reviews fool you, try coming back in a few years and trading in your car and see how Mohammed treats you then!

The latest was just a few weeks ago and Frank was an excellent salesman answering all our questions and selling us a 2017 Camry. I've used them for service many times without any issues at all. Would recommend Sloane without any reservations.

Choose a car to lease from Sloan. Had to wait for car to come in. When it did it was the wrong car by the time we got out of there we had gone up many dollars on the lease. From the manager to the sales dept. they had no idea about the 2016 models and what was included. We were so confused. When the second car came in it had body damage. We did not get the car back for over two weeks. Two months into this lease we had a flat caused by a nail. There was no spare tire. We called their road service and got a run around. This was on a rainy Friday night. Hours later a service came out and filled the tire and told us it had 72 hrs worth of use. We took it to Sloan who told us to take the car home they would order a tire and call us when it came in. No call till we called Monday at 3:00. Oh tire is in but guess what we have to buy the tire. Do not go to this agency. They have no idea what they are doing. In any department. They sale cars that they don't even have a clue what is in them. We will never get our car serviced by them even though they are down the street. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
