Bought a Scion from Mohammed a few years ago. Because there was no price haggling involved (Scions were sold at the same price across all dealerships), Mohammed was very pleasant to deal with. He also repeatedly asked us for a positive review after the sale, which we obliged. I recently returned to Sloane Toyota to trade in the Scion for a different vehicle, and my, how Mohammed's attitude had changed. He was rude, dismissive, and impatient. When I stated that I thought the trade-in value of my Scion was too low, he just replied, "Take it or leave it." Don't let all of these 5 star reviews fool you, try coming back in a few years and trading in your car and see how Mohammed treats you then!

My wife and I have purchased 4 cards with Sloane and they've all been good experiences. The latest was just a few weeks ago and Frank was an excellent salesman answering all our questions and selling us a 2017 Camry. I've used them for service many times without any issues at all. Would recommend Sloane without any reservations.

Choose a car to lease from Sloan. Had to wait for car to come in. When it did it was the wrong car by the time we got out of there we had gone up many dollars on the lease. From the manager to the sales dept. they had no idea about the 2016 models and what was included. We were so confused. When the second car came in it had body damage. We did not get the car back for over two weeks. Two months into this lease we had a flat caused by a nail. There was no spare tire. We called their road service and got a run around. This was on a rainy Friday night. Hours later a service came out and filled the tire and told us it had 72 hrs worth of use. We took it to Sloan who told us to take the car home they would order a tire and call us when it came in. No call till we called Monday at 3:00. Oh tire is in but guess what we have to buy the tire. Do not go to this agency. They have no idea what they are doing. In any department. They sale cars that they don't even have a clue what is in them. We will never get our car serviced by them even though they are down the street. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

All of the reviews you read about Mohamed Sid Ahmed are coming from people who experienced the same unheard of customer service that I did yesterday. I had already spent 3 weeks searching for a great deal on a used Toyota RAV4, with great frustration and in a single phone call Mohamed saved me over $1,500 on a super clean RAV4 Limited. I have worked in IT sales for 28 years and keenly watch how other sales people treat me when I am buying anything from a home to a TV, cell phone, furniture, etc. Mohamed has restored my faith in the Sales profession, especially in the auto sales business. He sincerely cared about me FIRST as a person and was laser focused on doing what was best for me on price and getting us through the paperwork in less than 15 minutes. Unheard of ! ! If you value your time and your money, go see Mohamed and Sloane Toyota of Malvern. They are easily the best run auto dealership I have ever dealt with in 35+ years.

I had the privilege of working with Matt Ruch when buying my new 2010 Prius. This was my first time financing a car and he did a wonderful job making it as seamless as possible. The car is in great shape and I was made to feel right at home while Matt performed his magic. I would recommend Matt and the rest of the Sloane group to everyone, they explained all the ins and outs as clearly as possible for me and offered sound advice on the decisions I had to make. On 8-29-2016 I went to Sloan Toyota at Malvern, PA to get my 2013 highlander to get Emission State inspection and oil change. Amie Watts the advisor called me that I need to change my windshield wiper, alignment ($99.00) and the front brake rotor got rusty ($396) rotors only without pads . So I said I don't want to get the rotor done yet. I spent $281 with all services done except the rotors. While I was driving home, I was hearing and feeling my bottom of my car is not right. ( feel like something falling apart) it didn't drive that way until I left Sloan Toyota. Something wrong but I couldn't see anything wrong. Before I go in to get the service. My car was very quiet because it still brand new car. Only drove 2 years 12000 miles. So I called the advisor right away when I got home. She keep pointing at saying because of the rusty rotors. I said I don't think so. It wasn't like that before I got to Sloan Toyota. I want to go back right away to get it check but she said I can't. Because they were booked up. So I went back next day to recheck the problems. After recheck she still pointing at rusty rotors ( she showed me the pictures too). They couldn't solve the problems they made . When I arrived my home driveway. My right tire fell off, my children were with me and something really bad could have happened to my family. I came in with nice quiet car but came out with my car fall apart. I thought I could spent that much money that they would have done a better job. So I let my friend mechanic fixed and tighten all nuts. The problem solved. It feel brand new again . Very quiet driving. I would not recommend anyone go to Sloan Toyota in Malvern, PA shop to get service done , What a horrible experience I had with them. I fell that I should go VIRAL in my social media. I have never experienced anything like this.

First time leasing and went with a Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid with help from Bill Shirley. Seasoned professional, no pressure AT ALL. I couldn't make up my mind on what kind of car I wanted and he listened to me patiently and then suggested the RAV 4. GREAT on gas, not too many bells and whistles(that i won't use anyway), four wheel drive and fit into my budget. He was right. I love it! Will definitely work with Bill again when I am in the market for a new car(in 3 years!). I
